In 2008, the company received an important certification of the BONFIO Flame Retardant thread (BONFIO Retardante a Chama) by UL- Underwriters Laboratories. This is one of the most recognized symbols in the segment, certifying that our product meets the most stringent safety and quality standards from the United States, Canada plus Europe. This results in a highly competitive and promoted product in the international market. The UL certificate has been renewed again in 2019.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® label is one of the most well-known in the world. It represents the confidence of the client and high security for tested textile products regarding the presence of harmful substances. When an item is taken or sel, it is certain that all its components are harmless in ecological terms.
The tests are carried out based on rigorous and comprehensive criteria, reviewed and updated annually. The STANDARD 100 certification by OEKO-TEX® is modular and the items can be certified at any stage of the process.
