RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SEWING THREADS AND YARN:

As a Standard option, we recommend BONFIO RETA Spun Polyester Thread Label 36, in combination with Polyester Thread Label BONFIO RETA label 50.

If you use a high-rotation machine or aim at a Premium finish, we recommend our BONFIO CLASSE A (Poly-Poly) Polyester Thread Core-Spun label 36 in combination with BONFIO RETA Spun Polyester Thread label 50. In some types of sewing such as: For closing seams or overlock sewing, which require more resistance, we recommend BONFIO RETA Spun Polyester Thread label 50 on the upper part and FORTIMAX Twisted Textured Polyester Thread label 300 as the bottom thread.

RECOMMENDATIONS OF THREAD AND YARN FOR PT FABRIC (FOR DYEING):

For threads to be dyed together with the garment, we recommend BONFIO MOLE Natural Cotton Thread, label 16, 30 or 50 as a Standard in combination with BONFIO MOLE Natural Cotton Thread, label 50.

As a Premium option for better dyeing, we recommend BONFIO TPT Treated Cotton Thread for dyeing, labels 16, 30 or 50 on the upper part and BONFIO TPT Treated Cotton Thread for dyeing labels 30 or 50 on the bottom part of the seam. Consult which is the most suitable for each operation in the table.

RECOMMENDATION OF THREADS FOR EMBROIDERY:

For embroidered details, we recommend our Premium option, which is the trilobal embroidery thread BONFIO NEON label 120 on top and BONFIO RETA Spun Polyester Thread, label 150 on the bottom.

CONSUMPTION OF THREAD FOR DENIN JACKET:

The average consumption of thread to sew a piece is between 350 and 440 meters. Embroidery details vary with each application.
