The purpose of this attached form is to register the free, informed and unequivocal manifestation by which the CANDIDATE (who apply for a job position at the company Kalina Indústria de Fios e Linhas S/A) agree with the processing of his/her personal data for a objective, in accordance with Brazilian Law 13.709 (General Law on Personal Data Protection - LGPD).
By accepting this form, the CANDIDATE expressly consents and accepts that KALINA may make decisions about the processing of his/her personal data, as well as carry out the processing, involving operations such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, acess, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storaging, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

The personal data collected from the CANDIDATES are:

- Telephone number and WhatsApp;
- Personal email;
- Education data;
- Data and previous professional experiences;
The processing of the personal data may be carried out to enable the hiring process, the establishment of a possible contractual relationship and all acts arising from the possible employment relationship to be established between the CANDIDATE and KALINA. The applicant guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes there.
ABOUT DATA EXCHANGE AND SECURITY
KALINA is henceforth authorized to share the CANDIDATE's personal data with our internal people management department, with the manager responsible for the area of creation of the position, with recruitment and selection companies and with third parties service who provides software licenses for data storage and management.
Therefore, KALINA is responsible for maintaining file, technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or unlawful processing.
In accordance with article 48 of Law 13.709, KALINA will inform the CANDIDATE and the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados – ANPD of any occurrence of security incident that may cause relevant risk or damage to the CANDIDATE.
TERMINATION OF DATA PROCESSING
KALINA may keep and process the CANDIDATE's personal data for as long as it is relevant to the terms listed in this Privacy Form or as a consequence of a legitimate obligation.
The CANDIDATE may request at any time to KALINA to delete his/her personal data messaging an e-mail to rh@bonfio.com.br, and request will be dealt with in accordance with the legislation in force.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
This present term of consent may be revoked by the CANDIDATE, at any time, by written request to KALINA.
