BONZIP Metal, or as it is also called metal zippers, is a zipper of high strength, durability and finish. Qualities that are acquired through the choice of the best raw material and a manufacturing that is supervised per specialized technicians during all processes.
A series of features found in its components make BONZIP Metal a superior zipper to those found in the market. The double top terminal ensures greater resistance and prevents the zipper slider from coming out of the piece. The teeth are manufactured from a premium alloy, therefore a greater mass and a small distance between them.
The slider with thick walls makes it heavier and more resistant, resulting in a more robust zipper. The shoelace is available in two compositions, both with 3mm rack, being 100% polyester tape which is indicated for heavy fabrics such as denim or jeans, or a mixed tape, 41% polyester and 59% cotton which, besides to being indicated for heavy fabrics it is ideal for garments that will be dyed.
During the entire manufacturing process, laboratory tests are conducted to check lateral resistance, external folding, upper terminal, locked knob, and removal of the box and pin. To ensure fidelity in the reproducibility of colors and baths, we constantly check the reproduction the same tone in different batches. Our product is guaranteed against corrosion, providing good results regardless of the chemical processes used in aggressive washing.

Before packaging, the Zipper still going through the last review so that the order comes out exactly as requested. We carry out tests to verify since the resistance until the colors, checking the same pattern between different batches. Beyond the meticulous human eye, we perfom checkings of samples 100% y individual inspection, verifying reproducibility of colores with constancy, ensuring high reliability parts.
Instructions for extending durability:
• Always keep the packages closed;
• Remove from the storage according the necessity;
• Large labels easy to read helps the comprehension;
• Don´t put food near because them could be attract animals and stain them;
• Check possible damages in the packages that have been stored for a longer time;
• Avoid the direct lighting, natural or artificial on products.
Local suggested:
• Clean and free of dust;
• To colaborate with the access, we recomended a warehouse near from the fabric;
• Avoid a polluted place. The presence of gases can yellowish white tones;
• In addition to the light, excessive temperatures and relative humidity could be damage products, making them to lose strength, the white ones turn yellow and colored being fade.
Reccomended environmental conditions:
• Temperature between 15˚C and 25˚C (50˚F and 77˚F);
• Humidity between 40% and 60%;
